Cannot execute mojo: clean. It requires a project with an existing pom.xm

Hello support team,

I m a new user and stuck with my first installation of sakai cle 2.8:

At step 7, i created a folder named "C:\opt\master", but when i issue "mvn clean install"
I get the following error:

You need to build master from the CLE source code, not create your own.
